At Li'l Bits Bakery, we care what you think. After all, there's not much point in alienating our customers, is there?

To that end, Li'l Bits offers a full refund on our products. If, for any reason you're unsatisfied, simply let us know. We'll refund the full purchase price (we can't afford to refund shipping, though)...we won't even make you mail back the rest of the treats!

If you bought the treats somewhere other than online, and are unable to return them there (or if you just don't want the hassle), you will need to mail us a copy of the receipt, along with your name and address (yes, I know...snail mail in this day and age). Send it to:

We should get back to you (hopefully within a day or so) to confirm that you really want a refund (and to get any additional information we may require), and we'll perform the refund then.
