Li'l Bits Bakery is a family owned business run out of our home in Elberton, GA. It all started years ago when we found ourselves beset by a small but opinionated Yorkshire Terrier named Maddie (that's her picture down below and that's her bark on the front page). Maddie's size makes it difficult to find appropriate treats for her, since most treats are made for larger dogs (Maddie weighs less than five pounds)...

We finally decided that we had had enough of the store bought treats (toward which Maddie was usually somewhat indifferent, anyway), and started making our own. Maddie loved them so much she learned to "flip" around when we get out the bag.

Last year, we also found ourselves in possession of Toffee...
She came to us from Anthony's brother, who got her from his wife's brother. She was born in Australia, moved to Guam, then Japan. When she came back into the states, she had to spend 6 weeks in Hawaii for quarantine. Since she's been back, she's been to Indiana, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Georgia and Tennessee...not to mention that she went THROUGH California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama! She is one well travelled dog!

Toffee also loves our treats. She does exactly one trick, which is a little "twirl," (it's sort of like Maddie's "flip, actually, though much slower) but she'll do it every time we get the treats out!
